Many people find it difficult to enter psychotherapy and to find a therapist with whom they feel comfortable. Within the first few sessions of therapy, you should have the sense of being understood. If this is not the case, I can help you find a therapist who is a better fit.
For Your First Appointment
Dr. Judge’s office is at 106 Winthrop Street, in the heart of Harvard Square. Winthrop Street is a small side street that connects Eliot Street and JFK Street; the office is closer to Winthrop Street. Landmarks near Winthrop Street include Grendel’s Den Restaurant and Peet’s Coffee.
There is metered parking on JFK Street, Mount Auburn Street, Brattle Street and Massachusetts Avenue. Dr. Judge can validate parking at any of the garages near her office (e.g., The Eliot Street Garage and the garage at the Charles Hotel).
Winthrop Street is an approximately five minute walk from the Harvard T station on the red line and multiple bus lines connect to the Harvard station.
